About Oak Tree Meadows
Oak Tree Meadows Ltd provide of a range of high quality Supported Accommodation services for young people aged 16 to 18. Our services specialise in supporting young people such as those facing homelessness and care leavers.
We deliver high quality support across our services. Providing enabling and compassionate support which helps people work towards independence and recovery is at the heart of everything we do.
To help us achieve this we only employ staff who are professional and dedicated. All of our team are trained, developed and supported to ensure that they continue to deliver high quality support to our residents.
We work closely with a range of agencies; these include community organisations both in the statutory, independent and voluntary sector to provide our clients with a comprehensive package of support, encouraging those in our care to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that is returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friendships.

Our Purpose
Our Purpose Oak Tree Meadows offers 16–18-year-olds a supportive transition to independence through tailored, person-centered care. We focus on reducing the impact of past experiences by creating opportunities for positive interactions and personal growth. To ensure high-quality delivery, we:
- Deploy a skilled workforce that is consistently present to provide a unified and reliable care approach.
- Ensure staff are available to support young people in small groups or one-on-one, whether in the home or accessing education and employment.
