Oak Tree Meadows Ltd provide of a range of high quality Supported Accommodation services for young people aged 16 to 18. Our services specialise in supporting young people such as those facing homelessness and care leavers.

To help us achieve this we only employ staff who are professional and dedicated. All of our team are trained, developed and supported to ensure that they continue to deliver high quality support to our residents.
